Our grass-finished beef shares are the perfect way to enjoy a high-quality, sustainable protein source.

Cattle are raised on the rangeland, where they graze on native grasses.

They finish on our irrigated pastures; warm season grasses aplenty & cover crops (think salad bar for cattle) in the cool seasons. As needed, we supplement with 'no-spray' alfalfa from local farmers. 

Our pastures have been "-icide" free since the 80's! (No chemicals!) 

Our beef is heart healthy and environmentally friendly, and we are proud to support the local community and wildlife with our socially responsible practices.
