All beef and pork sold by Date Creek Ranch is harvested and processed through Carls' Custom Meats out of Camp Verde. We love supporting family operations!

All purchased pastured meat is cut, wrapped and frozen the week of pickup.

The cuts will be separated & wrapped in wax, saran and butcher paper. Over the years we have found this system protects your high-quality protein much longer in freezers. Vacuum seal and single wrapped have shown significant freezer burn. With this system, we guarantee your beef!

Box Beef - 2 shelves in a standard upright shelf.

1/4 Beef - 4 shelves in a standard upright or 5 cu. ft. chest freezer for extra space.

1/2 Beef - 7 cu. ft. freezer min.

Whole Beef - 15 cu. ft. freezer min.

1/2 Pork - 3-4 shelves in standard upright freezer or 5 cu. ft freezer for space.

Whole Pork - 7 cu. ft freezer for space.

Pickup will be at one of the designated public locations; easy to find and will be designated by you.

PLEASE be on time for pickup.

Earliest pickup is at 2:00pm in Camp Verde & Latest is in Wickenburg at 7:30pm.

Your pastured meat order will be packed tightly in cardboard boxes. If you are traveling further than 1 hour please bring the appropriate amount of ice chests (no ice) to keep your share frozen. If not, the boxes are good to go straight home with you! Please be aware they are heavy!

Bone bags & organs will be available as complimentary with your order. They will not be packed in the boxes, but must be requested at loading (we'll ask you too!) Trimmed fat is also available by the bag at pickup!

Cash is preferred, with a gift! Check, card and other online payments accepted at pickup.
