This is a deposit for a quarter beef (weight will be given the week of the 9th after cutting/packaging) This quarter was harvested on April 24th. 

IF YOU ORDER THIS QUARTER IT WILL NEED TO BE PICKED UP MAY 9TH.

Price is 11.25/ pound of packaged weight. 

Deposit will be deducted from the final total. Estimated take-home weight of 120-140lbs.
