Grass-fed Half Lamb

This is a deposit for a half grass-fed lamb.

This places you on the list for the next available lamb. 

We harvest "as ready", rather than a schedule. When the lambs meet weight, we are ready to call you up!

ALL LAMBS ARE CHARGED HANGING WEIGHT. $12 per pound at hanging.

The final total will include this deposit.

Customization needs to be requested at the time of ordering, otherwise you will receive the standard cut. If you do have requests, please follow up with your confirmation email - there will be a request form. 

Lambs average 40lbs half, 80lbs whole. Actual weights may be more or less than described. Packaged lamb meat is aprox. 20% less than the hanging weight. 

Our lambs are 100% grass-fed & finished. We raise a small flock here on the ranch and they are constantly on the move; grazing the ranch! Depending on the lamb crop each season, will decide how much lamb we offer through the year :) 

Deposits can be refunded 1 week after the order, after that there will not be any refunds. 

Placing your deposit now, confirms your place on the list. First come, first served. If you do not confirm pickup with us after we give you a date, we will move on to the next in line.
